Radom pain/sensation in breast, chest and upper arms

ive been having on and of pain/ a weird sensation in my breast, cheats and upper arm( and sometimes my upper thighs) for the past few weeks. It  switches from a numb feeling to itchy to burning and then pins and needles. It comes and goes throughout the day usually starting when I wake up . Sometimes it feels like my skin is burning cause when I touch it it feel hot. It has recently spread to other parts of my body like my arms stomach and upper thighs. What could it be?

Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style 7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, Carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Drink lot of water. 10. Everyday preferably sleep on same time Exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, Swimming, gym etc.
